I am a fully qualified Gentle Touch™ Reflexology practitioner. I also use reflexology lymph drainage.
I love reflexology and am genuinely very excited by what it can achieve for people. The non-invasive nature of the treatment means it is suitable for anyone. I hear such positive feedback from clients and people love the time they get to relax and unwind during the treatment.
Reflexology works holistically and one of the many theories for why reflexology is so effective is that the feet have one of the highest concentrations of nerve endings, pressure sensors and capillaries close to the surface of the skin, compared to the rest of the body. Reflexology supports the body’s incredible ability to heal and to balance itself. The result is total relaxation, stress reduction and overall well-being.
You can be confident that I am fully qualified as I hold an ABC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, an ABC Anatomy and Physiology Diploma, and a Reflexology Practitioner Diploma in Gentle Touch Reflexology ™ from The Sue Ricks School of Complementary Therapies. I am also qualified in Reflexology for Babies and Children. I have a VTEC Level 3 Diploma in Body Massage and an FHT Diploma in Indian Head Massage. I am also trained in Facial Reflexology where I studied under Ziggie Bergman at the London School of Reflexology.
My qualifications are nationally recognised and I am therefore a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR). I hold full professional insurance and I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office for the Data Protection Act.
